USE.

DISINFECTION OF AIR CONDITIONING IN THE CAR

  1. Turn off the air conditioner.
  2. Remove the dust filter at the under-glass or inside the cabin under the cockpit.
  3. We recommend blowing out all cockpit vents and ducts with compressed air
  4. Make sure that we have direct access to the evaporator in the car.
    Sometimes it is required to remove the fan.
  5. Pour the ready-to-use liquid NANOCLEAN® AIR into a dispenser with a nozzle-ended lance (suggested amount of liquid for disinfection of one evaporator in a car: 500ml).
  6. Note: The use of the INOX pressure fogging lance makes it possible to thoroughly clean inaccessible areas of the evaporator and drain channel, thereby improving the effectiveness and durability of disinfection of the entire HVAC system.
  7. Insert the INOX lance into the evaporator duct and dispense the formulation as a pressure mist directly towards the evaporator by moving the probe for 10-30 seconds (depending on the state of dirtiness of the evaporator and HVAC system) until the liquid in the dispenser container (0.5-1L) is exhausted.
  8. Remove the dispensing lance and wait 15 minutes for the biocidal action of the product and its drainage through the air conditioning drain channel under the car.
  9. Install a new dust filter.
  10. Turn on the air supply to the so-called.
    open circulation, and the fan speed to maximum power.
  11. Set the temperature to the lowest setting with the air conditioning off for 5 minutes to complete the process (the fresh smell from the blower should spread throughout the car).

Note: We recommend disinfecting the air conditioning 2 times a year or every 20,000km.
