Cookie Policy
This policy outlines the rules for the use of cookies on this website.
What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files created automatically by your web browser when visiting websites. The information contained in a particular cookie can only be read by the website from which the cookie originates. Therefore, a website cannot access other files on your computer.
Thanks to the information contained in cookies, the website “knows” how you use it and can accordingly adjust the content displayed for you or offer you assistance.
How do websites use cookies?
On our portal, we use technical, analytical, and marketing cookies.
Technical cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of the portal. We use them to optimize our website for the devices and browsers most commonly used by visitors – ensuring that your computer, tablet, or phone displays it correctly and clearly.
Analytical cookies are used to improve the functioning of our website and measure, without identifying your personal data, the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
Among other things, with the help of analytical cookies, we create aggregate statistics and analyses that help us understand how our service is used. These activities allow us to continuously improve the structure and content of the portal to best meet the needs of our current and potential customers.
For this type of cookie, we use Google solutions and tools, such as Google Analytics. More information about Google Analytics code and Google’s cookies can be found in the Google Analytics Privacy and Security Principles.
Marketing cookies are used to tailor the content and forms of advertisements displayed both on our websites and in the advertising network of our partners, including Google, to your needs and preferences.
More information about cookies used in Google’s advertising network can be found on the Google AdWords Help page.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity for website operators, and provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, but please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may display ads commissioned by MCPOLSKA.PL on websites that make their advertising space available. These vendors, including Google, may use cookies to display ads based on a user’s previous visits to the http://www.mcpolska.pl website and related sites. Users can opt out of Google cookies and disable them on the Google Ad Settings page.
How long do we use cookies?
We use two types of cookies:
- Session cookies – remain on your device until you leave the website or close your web browser;
- Persistent cookies – remain on your device for a specified period or until you manually delete them.
What data do we collect through cookies?
Using cookie technology, we only collect anonymous statistical data about you to improve the convenience of using the portal and minimize the intrusiveness of ads.
We do not collect any data that would allow us to identify you. The only information about the user that, however, does not allow for identification without connection to other data, is the IP address from which the user connects.
Your IP address may also be shared with our partners, including Google. However, even in this case, your identification based on this data is not possible.
Can I opt out of accepting cookies?
Web browsers by default allow cookies to be stored. However, if you do not consent to the use of cookies by the portal’s website, we indicate below how you can change their settings at any time to prevent cookies from being stored/read during your visits to the portal.
